Write a Witness Statement

A Witness (or Narrative) statement sets out your evidence - evidence is critical to your case and without it the judge doesn't have much to base their decision on. Many people don't understand what constitutes evidence or how it's used in court, so I'll explain this to you and make sure we use it properly in your Witness Statement. We'll discuss your situation in detail and what evidence you have, as well as what stage your application is at and what outcome you want from the court. You'll send me your thoughts by email and I'll produce the Witness Statement for you.
